Polyvinyl chloride or PVC is a thermoplastic material. This means it can be reprocessed by using heat, in turn increasing its capability of being manufactured in a broad range of formats. A range of PVC sheets ideal for high speed offset, gravure, flexo and screen printing of playing cards, POP displays and other general printing applications with effective thermoforming properties. It is also corona treated to increase the surface tension, which makes it highly receptive to ink and helps achieve high quality and long- lasting printing. It can go through the vacuum forming process to produce 3- dimensional advertisements & 3-dimensional signboards.
